SiteHQ in practiceOne library, honest status
Every company starts with the common project pack. Trade packs add relevant workflows. Six core trade workflows are live; specialist certificates and reports stay behind the practitioner gates shown below.
The records used across contractor types. Drafts still require the right project-specific review.
Prepare, review, issue and supersede controlled project versions.
Prepare task-specific drafts with competent review.
Keep briefings, attendance and daily evidence with the project.
Store source evidence and supporting records in the project workspace.
Six dedicated workflows are now included in SiteHQ. Each still relies on the authorised people and competent review required for the real work.
Dedicated verification, handover and reinstatement fields.
Exact-area and time-bound control.
Two separate workflows for authorisation and competent findings.
Task-specific access, fragility, weather and rescue fields.
Distinct Preview workflows exist, but public issue stays blocked pending practitioner and, where relevant, rights or scheme review.
Separate electrical schemas and schedules; not public-issue authorised.
Scheme eligibility and permitted scope must be confirmed.
Kept distinct and subject to specialist review.
Separate records with different competent roles.
Actual readings, entry control and rescue remain specialist responsibilities.
SiteHQ can keep evidence issued by an external specialist without claiming to have performed the regulated work.
Store and track an existing certificate; SiteHQ does not issue it.
Store and link evidence; SiteHQ does not survey, clear or notify.

The approval boundary
SiteHQ can organise incoming information, prepare a working draft and keep a controlled history. A competent person must review the real project. Specialist records need the qualified practitioner identified for that workflow, and a gated workflow cannot be treated as publicly issuable.
