Prices exclude VAT. Paid access is applied only after a valid subscription is reconciled to the selected plan. The authenticated billing page confirms current checkout availability before a payment journey begins.
Free requires no card and does not convert automatically to a paid plan. Downgrading keeps your existing records; if usage is above the new plan limit, some new activity may pause until usage is within the allowance.

Allowances in ordinary language
An AI request—for example extracting a project bundle or preparing an assisted draft—uses the allowance shown in the application before work begins. Operational units meter supported non-AI activity across the workspace. The product shows current usage; SiteHQ does not describe either allowance as unlimited.
Your existing project and records stay available. Creating another active project pauses until the current project is completed or you move to a plan with more capacity.
Existing records remain available. New activity can pause where the workspace is above the lower plan's project, seat, storage or monthly allowance.
What happens after Start free?
No card is required and the Free plan does not automatically become paid.
Use the secure application sign-in.
Accept the current Terms and Privacy notice, then enter the company details needed for the workspace.
Upload the enquiry files or enter the job details manually and check the information before saving.
Organise the project, prepare an applicable draft or set up the project QR journey.
Business becomes relevant when you need more seats, active projects and monthly operating capacity.
Pricing questions
No. The QR journey is designed for workers and visitors to read, acknowledge, sign in and sign out without an authenticated workspace seat.
It is a metered unit for supported assisted work. The application presents the cost or allowance before supported work begins; complexity can affect usage.
Paid plans are monthly. Use the authenticated billing controls or contact support. Cancellation and account-data deletion are separate actions.
Authorised users can use available document and record export controls. Account data requests and closure follow the support and identity-check process.
