SiteHQ practical guide

How QR induction and attendance work

What a worker does on their phone and what the project team can see afterward.

The short answer

Each project has a permanent QR destination. A worker scans it, reads the assigned current information, acknowledges exact versions, supplies the required attendance details and signs in. Signing out closes the attendance session.

A realistic example

When RAMS revision 4 replaces revision 3, the project address stays the same but the new exact version requires a fresh acknowledgement.

How SiteHQ supports the workflow

SiteHQ connects the mobile journey to the controlled documents and live register. Workers and visitors do not need a workspace account.
