Do not share accounts. Remove or change access when a person no longer needs it.
Public community contributions use an authenticated identity, but never reveal the contributor’s company or email publicly without consent.

SiteHQ organises information and prepares records. The customer remains responsible for accurate project facts, competent review, approval, inspection, supervision and construction decisions.
